Dr. Ojesh Chauhan is a distinguished historian and UGC-NET qualified academician specializing in Modern Indian History and Social Sciences. He earned his Ph.D. from Kurukshetra University with research focused on the Revenue History of District Gurgaon (1861–1947). His scholarly interests include Ambedkar studies, social reform movements, labour rights, and India’s freedom struggle. Dr. Chauhan has presented research papers at numerous national and international seminars, including ICSSR-sponsored conferences, and has published in reputed journals and edited volumes. Committed to academic excellence, he combines research depth with effective teaching, fostering critical thinking and historical awareness among students while contributing meaningfully to contemporary scholarly discourse.
